Freight Agent — Remote / Commission-Based
MOMU freight agents work directly with shippers to post loads, negotiate rates, and coordinate with verified carriers on the platform.
What You Will Do
- •Source and onboard new shipper accounts
- •Post loads and negotiate competitive rates
- •Match freight with verified carriers
- •Track shipments and resolve issues
- •Build long-term shipper relationships
What We Look For
- •1+ years in freight brokerage or dispatch
- •Existing shipper or carrier relationships
- •Self-motivated and comfortable with commission
- •Strong communication and negotiation skills
- •Familiarity with TMS and load boards
